As our next People & Culture Business Partner, at Murdoch University, you will play a pivotal role in building the Murdoch brand through engagement, development, and support for our exceptional executives, academics, and researchers.
You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by shaping the university's future and contributing to the success of our community.
Your key responsibilities:
- Leadership Programs: Support leadership development initiatives to nurture the growth of our leaders.
- Strategic HR Advice: Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, job design, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and advocate for staff concerns.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes that drive excellence and growth.
- A degree in an area of HRM or relevant discipline, with substantial experience in HR partnering,
- Indepth understanding of legislative and industrial framework,
- Experience in advising on complex employee relations matters, organisational change programs and other human resource issues; and,
- Strong organisational skills with a problemsolving mindset.
