    Ingleburn Public School is a renowned educational institution located in Ingleburn, New South Wales.     With an enrolment of approximately 432 students from diverse backgrounds (including 15 Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students and 65% of students from language backgrounds other than English), we provide a broad range of performing arts, cultural leadership, sporting, environmental activities and academic pursuits.

    Ingleburn Public School's vision "an innovative and collaborative learning environment that empowers all of us to be future focused global citizens" is embedded throughout the school. Our school pedagogical practice of Universal Design for Learning is evident throughout the school to ensure that every student, every teacher and every leader improves every year. Our Hive of Learning approach emphasises multi-age learning, as learning should not be restricted to age or stage.

    Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation and empowerment, inspiring and assisting teachers in promoting the professional development of all staff while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

    A leadership approach that emphasises collaboration and visibility, supported by exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment and maintenance of productive working relationships with the entire school and broader community.

    Demonstrated capacity to lead educational transformation while cultivating a positive school environment, prioritising equity, excellence, collaboration, and high expectations to empower all individuals as future focussed global citizens.

    Highly developed skills of inclusive education with an emphasis on student wellbeing, to ensure a strong, school-wide focus, providing all students with the knowledge, skills, attributes and values for successful learning.

    General Selection Criteria1. Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice 2. Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams4.
