    About YOUR new job:
    As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business's growth and profitability. You will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of our operations and contributing to the strategic direction of the company. Your primary objective will be to optimise revenue, enhance customer relationships, and ensure the smooth execution of commercial initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •Strategic Planning: Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Collaborate with senior management to align commercial activities with overall business goals.

    •Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

    •Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.

    •Pricing Strategy: Analyse market trends, competition, and cost structures to develop pricing strategies that maximise profitability while remaining competitive.

    •Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential risks.

    •Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth.

    About YOU
    To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

    •10+ years of relevant work experience in Strategy, Business & Finance Transformation, Commercial Finance and FP&A

    •Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

    •Seasoned Commercial professional, with analytical, budgeting and forecasting experience

    •Exceptional business partnering skills demonstrated by an ability to grow and nurture relationships with stakeholders

    •Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

    •Data modeling skills using TM1, PowerBI, Excel, CRM and other BI tools
