With the continued growth of the Rail and Transport industry, John Holland are now looking to engage with established Senior Commercial Managers who are wanting to join a top tier contractor where they will be encouraged to provide leadership, guidance and influence across large and diverse John Holland projects.

You will work with very experienced and knowledgeable teams to deliver financial and commercial success.

To be successful in this role:

You will see yourself as an established Senior Commercial Manager looking to continue your career in a key leadership role within a top tier contractor on a major Rail project.
You will have a clear drive to achieve quality commercial outcomes and have demonstrated success in a similar role.
You will provide commercial and contractual leadership on the project and resolving issues to ensure financial success with a particular focus on escalation of claims.
Supporting Project Directors, including providing advice to site teams about contractual issues and mentoring of Site Contracts Staff in regard to contractual issues and strategies
Providing commercial guidance to the Rail business unit on contract and risk management, including costings and programming strategies.
