    Details of the Role:
    As an Employer Engagement Officer (EEO), you will deliver exceptional customer service through an account management approach.

    Join a team that offers customized employment services to employers with the objective of finding job opportunities for our clients.

    As the EEO, you will be the primary point of contact for existing and new employer relationships, collaborating with stakeholders to develop suitable employment opportunities and initiatives to facilitate job placements for our customers.

    Build strong connections with stakeholders, empower our clients, assist them in securing stable employment, enhancing their independence, and boosting their well-being.

    This position is stimulating, demanding, and fulfilling.

    Responsibilities as an Employer Engagement Officer:
    • Engage with employers and industries to comprehend their operations and staffing requirements.
    • Manage vacancies and match them with suitable candidates.
    • Visit employers on-site to promote available job opportunities to potential candidates.
    • Market clients to employers through various channels, including wage subsidies when appropriate.
    • Prepare clients for interviews through coaching sessions.
    • Coordinate small client groups to define their job aspirations.
    • Maintain IT systems and internal databases for vacancy management and employer partnerships.


    Qualifications:
    • You are enthusiastic about your community and connecting individuals with prospects.
    • You are driven by outcomes but always prioritize people.
    • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • You have a good grasp of the local job market and regional skills gaps.
    • You leverage your professionalism and excellent customer service abilities when assisting clients.
    • You are proficient in various computer applications, such as Windows and MS Office.
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Employment Services or sales/marketing industries would be beneficial.

    Hold a valid driver's license and be prepared to undergo a Police Check and Working with Children Card as conditions of employment.
