Description
The role of the Co-Design and Engagement individual involves providing detailed technical, professional, policy, and operational support and advice for complex problems.
The role also includes coordinating and assisting in strategic planning, program and project management, and policy development to support the objectives of this Federal Agency who support the lives of those with disability.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordinating critical data analysis and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of activities and strategies
- Contributing to the development, implementation, and monitoring of targeted engagement strategies, as well as the business plans
- Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders: this includes stakeholder meetings, information sessions, forums, conferences, and webinars
- Contributing to the implementation and operationalisation of a proactive engagement strategy
Key skills required:
- As this is an engagement role public speaking will be a key requirement
- This role will require some interstate and intrastate travel including travel to very remote communities and may also include some weekend or latenight work
- Australian Citizenship
