About the Role
In this role, you will support people with a disability, their carers and other service providers requiring information on how to engage in our services and supports.
Walking alongside new and existing clients, the Client Engagement Officer supports the client to engage with NDIS processes and the onboarding of their NDIS plan to Concentric for allied health therapy.
You will provide exceptional customer service at all points in the client journey and build strong internal relationships with all involved in the care of our clients.
Some of the key aspects of the role include:- Engage with clients to complete the onboarding process including assessing available funding, completing Service Agreements and other required paperwork.
- Work closely with the Clinic Team Leader's to ensure strong operations in the clinic environment ensuring therapy is booked at optimal times, engaging closely with the wider clinical teams and sharing information with the clinic on clients onboarding to the centre.
- Excellent customer service, always seeking new ways to engage and retain our clients for the long term
- Work well as part of a clinic environment and wider Relationship Management team ensuring our team and company goals are achieved.
- Maintain excellent recordkeeping of all client records, calls, feedback and enquiries
- Check in with clients at regular intervals to ensure their experiences are positive, seeking their feedback.
- Liaise with other referring agents including referrals direct from clients/carers or guardians, support coordinators and other businesses maintaining strong relationships and always working to find solutions to often complex administrative and NDIS processes.
- Contribute to a positive team, clinic and business culture with your friendly cando approach.
- Contribute to organisational projects as required
About You:
- You excel at organisation and love customer service/client interaction
- You have a working understanding of the NDIS
Current or willing to obtain:
- Annual flu vaccination and Covid19 Vaccination
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
