    Job Description

    • Work with a team to deliver cross sector projects ranging in various sizes.
    • Have the ability to apply common quantity surveying skills on projects to drive and deliver value for money.
    • Support the team in anyway necessary to deliver the best value for money for our clients.
    • Work with a dynamic team
    • Delivery quality measurements
    • Be enthusiastic about learning and progressing career
    • Preform post contract duties (progress claim, variation assessment, cost reporting)
    • Be able to complete some task independently
    • Deliver cost estimates
    • Assist with business development and expanding our market share

    Qualifications

    • Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
    • Preferably AIQS or RICS qualified
    • Outgoing personality , eager to learn and progress career and an independent thinker
