About the team

The opportunity
This is a 2 year fixed-term opportunity.

The Application Lead is responsible for leading the creation, deployment and maintenance of software products across the Customer Information Channels unit.

The role will be based in Burwood, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key accountabilities of the role include:

Identify, prioritise and deliver initiatives to enhance and maintain Customer Information Applications
Provide oversight and support across interdependent programs and projects to identify and communicate potential interdependencies, risk and associated impacts.
Develop special diagnostic and monitoring tools to manage passenger information and undertake business critical development and enhancement work to deliver solutions that incorporate improved features

About you

You are experienced product owner with hands on knowledge on Java, agile & new technologies and have worked in a customer centric environment.

You will be able to effectively communicate and present key ideas to a variety of stakeholders. You excel at managing competing priorities and embrace liaising with a range of people at different levels. The role demands exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.

Your strong collaborative style and ability to build and maintain healthy relationships will allow you to seamlessly adapt to this role and be successful.

Your ability to grow and mentor your team will set them up for success.

Essential Requirements

Tertiary qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience in project management in a large complex customer service environment

Salary and benefits

The salary for this position:
Application Lead, (RC7 Grade $151,647-$166,848) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
