    Are you a dedicated Allied Health Professional looking for a permanent opportunity to lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary therapy team? Northcott is the place for you!

    As the Therapy Team Lead, you will:

    • Provide high-quality therapy services to individuals with disabilities
    • Mentor and support a team of therapists
    • Assist in achieving team targets
    • Effectively manage customer concerns
    • Promote Northcott's Culture and Values

    Requirements:

    If you have relevant qualifications and are ready to take on a leadership role, we want to hear from you. Other requirements include:

    • Full AHPRA or SPA registration
    • Experience in strengths-based and person-centered practices
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
    • NDIS Worker Check and QLD Blue Card
    • Current Driver's License and access to a vehicle
