    Description

    HR Business Partner – Hybrid – Melbourne or AdelaideAspire Software is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team in AustraliaAs HRBP for our global organization, you will be responsible for all HR aspects related to the regional leaders you will be partnering with closely.

    The role will be reporting to the local operations leader and working closely with our global HR team to achieve business initiatives.

    The HRBP will partner closely with local leadership to achieve regional business initiatives, ensure day-to-day support, and lead strategic ongoing projects.

    This includes leading the HR integration of new company acquisitions for the region, starting in the HR due diligence stage.

    To be successful in this role, the HRBP must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that drives the business.

    The HRBP will help business leaders foresee challenges using data-driven recommendations for innovative and scalable solutions, as well as iterating on current programs to improve staffing performance, retention, and the employee experience.

    We are looking for someone comfortable with ambiguity and eager to be challenged as we collaborate closely to build processes and further structure our HR departmentThe role has the potential for direct HR reports in alignment with the local business needs as our company continues to grow in the region.

    Manage allinternal HR-related matters for the regional business portfolioCollaborateclosely with managers and employees to implement HR programs andinitiatives for the regionParticipatein regulating and improving organizational HR guidelines and proceduresLeadengagement strategies to motivate employees and increase retentionLead high-levelHR employment issues and investigationsManage localemployee development plans, talent, and performance managementPartner inthe areas of workforce planning and organizational designPartner withlocal leaders to strategize continuous improvement for HR and present HRinitiatives as a business partner in operations and finance meetingsAct as HRIntegrations lead for acquisitions in your business portfolio in the areasof due diligence, HRIS integration, staffing movement, employee filetransfer, new employee change management and full onboarding processCoachbusiness managers in employee managementOversee andlead the local recruitment process with assistance from the globalrecruitment teamIssuingemployment offers, contracts, and staffing movement documentationManage theemployee database and prepare general HR data reportsAbout you:At least a Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources Management or related field is essential8+ years ofexperience in an HR professional role is essentialHigh levelof HR and business acumenKnowledge ofAustralian employment laws and work councilAbility tobalance competing priorities and conflicting opinions in order tofacilitate the best decisions for employees and the business in anenvironment of ambiguity and rapid changeExperiencecoaching senior leaders and managersSelf-starter,able to work both independently as well as an active member of bothbusiness and HR teamsExcellentwritten and verbal communication to prepare high-quality documents as wellas present and facilitate group meetings and eventsProjectmanagement skills: ability to lead projects, gain buy-in and drive toexecution and achievement of the right resultsNot hinderedby ambiguity or competing priorities.
