About the job:
  • An exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Technical Systems Officer based at the James Fletcher Hospital in Newcastle. Working as part of the Engineering Management Unit within the Infrastructure, Planning and Sustainability Directorate you will work across the Hunter New England Local Health District.
  • In this role you will be supported by a dedicated team of engineering and maintenance professionals.

Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualifications in the Electrical or ICT fields, or equivalent work experience, or a combination or study and work experience.
  • Eligible to drive in NSW and the ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances.
  • To be successful in this role you will have a good understanding of, and experience in asset management, highly developed communication, interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills, and be well organised.
  • You will need knowledge of multiple computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and Computerised Asset Management Systems as outlined in the selection criteria.
