    Description

    We are looking for you to join this well established team immediately. This is an urgently needed and key role in the business.

    You know you can juggle multiple tasks, shift from one thing to another with ease all while keeping the show on the road and providing support to key executives and to the team.

    Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the accounts department as well as manage all rostering and staff enquiries. This is a 24/7 operation and thus rostering can be a challenge from time to time.

    Some of your day to day tasks will include:

    • Daily bank reconciliations
    • Accounts receivable, payable and payroll for 25 staff (we use Xero)
    • Cash Flow management
    • Lodge TPAR, PAYG and BAS with ATO
    • Superannuation
    • General office duties including some PA work for the CEO

    The key to being successful in this role is your ability to pivot quickly, stay calm under pressure and keep the accounts and rostering up to date.
