They are looking for a passionate Finance Officer to join their team in Parramatta ASAP on a contract until the 31st of August 2024

The Job
Reporting into the Manager, you will be responsible for:

Providing accurate, professional and timely financial reporting and transactional support.
Journal processing, month end and year end processing and reconciliations.
Internal control and compliance checks.
Liaising with auditors and handle audit queries.
Participate in finance projects and other ad hoc tasks to provide support to the senior finance officers and managers.

You
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:

Proven experience working within a Finance Officer or Financial Administration capacity.
Previous SAP experience is advantageous.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills is a must.
Government experience is highly beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
