    We are looking for motivated people to lead the organisation through this exciting time and are currently seeking to appoint aMining & Resources Solutions Directorbased in Perth, Western Australia.

    The Mining & Resources Solutions Directorreports to the Director for Market Solutions and will provide key leadership across this market.

    We are seeking someone who will identify and lead elements of opportunity differentiation and to shape Jacobs' solutions to meet market gaps.

    You will support our clients with tailored multi-discipline solutions, assist with strategic bids and operate as a visible industry leader.

    We are seeking proactive individuals who can develop and implement best practice, ensuring a consistent approach to smart, sustainable, and digital solutions, for project execution.

    Here's What You Need
    Genuine relationships with clients in the resource sector.
    A trusted and reliable profile in this market.

    Extensive experience delivering projects for resource sector clients (Large multidisciplinary feasibility studies and EPCM delivery in the Iron Ore market is highly desirable).

    An ability to partner with the Jacobs ANZ Market Director – Resources to deliver the Resource Market Plan and drive Jacobs' growth in the resource sector.

    An ability to proactively support the Operations team by identifying potential recruits and participating in strategic recruitment.

    Assist with strategic bids to bring the best of Jacobs to our clients and contribute to the recruitment and workforce plan aligned with business goals.

    An ability to collaborate and support internally and externally in the development and maintenance of the mining-focused Technical Leaders framework to suit the evolving needs of our clients.

    An ability to identify transferable skills and resources in non-resource markets who can be upskilled.
    Assure the quality of technical outputs through the appointment of suitably qualified Technical Leaders.
