Administration Officer - Infrastructure Services

Our client is seeking to engage an Administration Officer - Infrastructure Services on a temp full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality and timely administrative and project support to the Manager Engineering and Business Unit.
- Provide administration and project support to the other Infrastructure Services Business Units, their Managers and the Director.
- Provide support and assistance to the Administration team.
Requirements:
- Relevant TAFE or tertiary qualifications
- Interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communications skills
- Organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritse work
- Experience in an administration support role
- Knowledge of, and experience with, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
- Hold a current 'C-A' (Automatic) or 'C-B (Manual) class national drivers licence.
