Autonomy to manage the PM Department

Our client is a leading franchise agency that is growing from strength to strength due to the nature of this growth they are looking to implement a newly created role General Manager - Property Management to work closely with the Director of the business.

This role will have autonomy to manage the Property Management Department and oversee the growth and development of this business area.

The Position

Actively promote the company values, strategic business goals, and initiatives
Oversee the property management department consisting of Property Managers, Leasing & Inspection Agents, Assistant Property Managers and support staff
Provide mentoring, training, and support to the property management team
Responsible for building and maintaining internal relationships
All recruitment and onboarding for the property management business
Regular one on ones and performance management
Ensuring property management budgets are met and maintained.

The Criteria

Minimum 5+ years' experience as either a Head of Department or Senior Property Manager
Strong Management and People Management skills required
A solutions person is someone who can implement change
Team player who is resultsdriven
