This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Coordinator in Perth, WA.
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality customer service, providing administrative assistance, and overseeing analytical processes.
Tasks
- Undertaking and overseeing technical service delivery, working along Project Engineer and Director to meat project goals
- Triage work: Addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to contracts, projects, provided services to individuals impacted while assigning correct resources for better results (scheduling resources)
- Project Administration: managing paperwork associated with contracts, project quotes, projects budgets, project assets and services provided
- Liasing with 3rd
Party Vendors:
Supervising contractor tasks and providing reports on any deviations from assigned work orders.
- Providing client updates/communication on project budget and progress
- Reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, budgets expenditure in projects and services provided, reviewing documentation and reports prior project conclusion
- Basic technical tasks: responding to inquiries from clients and/or suppliers.
- Receiving material to be used in projects from work orders
- Technical Team Coordination
- Collecting and analysing data from tech project engineer to provide reports to Director on project progress and outcomes
- Leave approvals, Organise regular monthly events,
- Reviewing project work and escalating to Director if necessary (Weekly reviews of technical team)
- Providing guidance to director on matters requiring consideration (projects and resources) and executing their decisions
- Assessing and organizing arrangements for new office facilities when necessary
Qualifications
- 3+ years full time experience.
- Relevant Qualifications in:
- Business Administration and/or Project Administration
- ICT qualifications
Additional qualifications may include knowledge of IT systems and processes, project management experience, and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Up to $75,000.00 per year
