Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CES Ltd) is seeking a passionate and experienced leader who will lead with purpose and inspire excellence at one of our newest schools, St Anne's College, Kialla.

St Anne's College, Kialla is a lively and joy-filled Catholic community, committed to developing the faith, wisdom, and learning of its students and staff. The college, which commenced with Foundation and Year Seven in 2019, continues to grow, adding one primary and secondary year level each year. The new leader will be the first Principal to lead the complete Foundation to Year 12 school St Anne's is renowned for fostering learning within a tremendously supportive and inviting pastoral community.

As the Principal of St. Anne's College, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students. You will lead a committed and dynamic team of educators and staff, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, pastoral care, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Catholic Identity Leadership.

• Educational Leadership: Provide evidence based and leadership to promote excellence in teaching and learning.

• Pastoral Wellbeing: Foster a safe, caring and inclusive environment for students, staff, and families.

• Community Engagement: Collaborate with parents, parish, and wider community stakeholders.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with St Anne's College mission and values.

• Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and support all staff.

• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial sustainability.
