About the RoleResponsibilities will include:
Maintain professional communication with both external and internal parties, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and escalating any issues as required to the appropriate department or manager.
Processing customer feedback through the internal database of QSI or CRM daily, Notifying customers or any delays or impacts and providing prompt and professional service.
Manage truck utilization in conjunction with plants and managers to effectively reduce costs whilst maintaining optimum service levels to customersMaintain regular and effective communication with both Sales and Production staff and maintain regular contact with Internal Concrete as directed daily /weekly
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience working in Administration and Customer Service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a busy office environment.
Commitment to teamwork and safety
Organizational skills and efficient time management
Attention to detail
WA C Class Drivers Licence
