- Full time - with flexible and hybrid working
- Lead supplier evaluations and negotiation processes, including finalising agreements and subcontracts.
- Take charge of commercial meetings to ensure that contractual changes are adhering to timeframes and requirements.
- Conduct all subcontractor related activities, including issuing payments valuations, notices, and amendments.
- Monitor and reporting subcontractor forecasts.
- Lead the procurement process both within the team and across the project.
- Experience working within a team on complex project and proven ability to effectively progress issues and resolve actions.
- Strong written and verbal skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commercial skills and proven capabilities with subcontract negotiation and management.
- Intermediate with Oracle, or similar MRP based system, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ideally HNC, HND or Degree qualified in a Quantity Surveying / Cost Management, Construction Law, or similar / relevant discipline, or in some case applicants with an alternative background (e.g.: Engineering) may be considered.
- Professional qualifications and/or membership of the RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS or other relevant Chartered Institute are desirable, and will be supported if not already attained.
