About the Opportunity
Working under significant levels of delegated authority, the Contracts Manager is accountable for all aspects of contract management across PSS including:

Providing leadership for the management and review of contract performance, including identifying and addressing any performance issues.
Providing expert advice on procurement activities including tender processes, contract drafting and negotiation planning.
Managing contract renewal and extensions

About the Business

Public Safety Solutions (PSS) is a branch within the Projects and Technology Division of the Attorney-General's Department and is responsible for the provision and ongoing management of solutions to support the critical operations of the state's emergency and essential services on a state-wide basis.

This includes communications and emergency dispatch infrastructure and rescue helicopter services.

Special Conditions for Employment
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested.
