About the Opportunity
Working under significant levels of delegated authority, the Contracts Manager is accountable for all aspects of contract management across PSS including:

  • Providing leadership for the management and review of contract performance, including identifying and addressing any performance issues.
  • Providing expert advice on procurement activities including tender processes, contract drafting and negotiation planning.
  • Managing contract renewal and extensions

About the Business


Public Safety Solutions (PSS) is a branch within the Projects and Technology Division of the Attorney-General's Department and is responsible for the provision and ongoing management of solutions to support the critical operations of the state's emergency and essential services on a state-wide basis.

This includes communications and emergency dispatch infrastructure and rescue helicopter services.


Special Conditions for Employment
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested.
