- Actively generating leads from businesses seeking new or additional office space within the Melbourne CBD and suburban markets
- Conducting tenancy inspections and negotiating leases on behalf of building owners
- Generating new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with owners and other key stakeholders
- Activating marketing strategies on behalf of owners in order to attract tenant enquiry
- Developing a strong understanding of market trends and market data
- Maintaining databases and other company reference tools
- Previous commercial leasing experience across commercial, retail or industrial sectors
- Current Real Estate licence
- Knowledge of the commercial property industry - major owners and relevant legislation
- Good organisational and time management skills
