A fabulous chance to join a boutique agency in St Kilda. Very few Saturdays, excellent leasing and admin support
Working in a dynamic team your role will include day to day duties such as:

Managing a well run residential portfolio of around 180 properties
Managing owner and tenant relationships
Repairs and maintenance
Completion of ingoing and outgoing condition reports
Carrying out regular rent and lease reviews
Managing bond claims and attendance at VCAT when required
Lease sign up and renewal.

There is exceptional support by way of virtual assistants, leasing managers and a BDM. This allows you to run the portfolio with ease
