  • This permanent, full time role based in our Head Office in Mulgrave and is the perfect opportunity to join a passionate and high performing team. You will be imperative in supporting the end to end management of all Mercedes-Benz Australia Agent demonstrator fleet.   • Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Ensuring end to end management of Mercedes-Benz Australia Demonstrator Fleet
    • Proactive management of fleet to ensure vehicle age and kilometre requirements are met and timely grounding of vehicles
    • Tracking of Agent demonstrator disposal as well as managing Agent rebates
    • Reviewing Agent demonstrator queries
    • Assisting the management of relevant systems including PULSE, Sales Transaction System (STS), and Test Drive Booking System
    • Supporting the management of regional demonstrator fleets in major states
    • Work with various departments to support development and offer of a demonstrator lease program to Agents

Qualifikationen:

  • What you will need to be successful:
    • Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills, as well as, highly developed analytical skills
    • Enthusiastic self-starter with a positive attitude towards delivering uncompromising service to relevant stakeholders
    • Ability to work tight deadlines
    • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or information systems preferred but not essential
    • Automotive experience and passion for the industry will be highly regarded
