Description

Our company is currently looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Manager.

The Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Manager will have the full responsibility of helping Property Manager managing daily operations at assigned properties.

Key duties will cover all aspects of customer service duties including leasing, ingoing routine and outgoing inspections, preparing the reports etc

To be considered for this role you need:
Strong interpersonal skills

Enhanced negotiation abilities

Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office

Ability to work with mínimal supervision


Salary:
$45, $65,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission
  • Performance bonus

Licence/Certification:
- certificate of agent representative (required)
- driver licence and own car (required)

One location
