    Priority Worldwide is seeking an outgoing, motivated sales professional to contribute to the development of our existing and prospective commercial client base in AU and abroad. Candidates must possess a strong desire to learn and sell priority services and proactively interact with Priority personnel and clients. Priority will provide the infrastructure and resources to successfully market our company. It is expected that the Account Executive will utilize the tools provided and further develop our system to successfully capture market share. A successful Priority account executive must contribute new ideas and aggressively target potential business. Relationship building, account maintenance and follow through are essential characteristics required of this person.

    A successful candidate shall be able to operate independently, and devise solutions based on objectives. The candidate's direct actions are expected to play a significant role in the development of Priority Worldwide's AU growth.

    Basic Duties:

    • Establishes and maintains client contacts and develops new sales opportunities
    • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clientele and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and long-term business strategies
    • Constant communication with clients via in person visits, phone and email to strengthen existing business ties and generate new revenue opportunities
    • Negotiates contracts, prepares quotations and proposals for clients
    • Dissemination of pertinent SOPs and industry information to operations staff
    • Interact with all operations and customer service staff (domestic, export and import) to ensure completion of activities and a cohesive team environment
    • Augment resolution of any problems, concerns, etc. that develop with clients, vendors and operations
    • Assist with and coordinate client education seminars
    • Accurate and timely utilization of Priority's Cargowise One to manage client relationships, pipelines, opportunities, quotes and/or shipments
    • Weekly attendance of sales, management and/or operational meetings as requested/needed, including preparation of reports for management
    Requirements
    • Minimum of 5 years of business-to-business sales development or large account management experience
    • Proficiency in using Windows, MAC, MS Office, Adobe and sufficient computer skills to adapt to other applications. Additional program used is CargoWise One
    • Experience with driving significant increases in high margin, recurring revenue
    • Ability to negotiate and close complex deals
    • Market research to identify new clients and expand business with existing clients in targeted markets
    • Identification of new business opportunities that will contribute to personal/company growth based on market feedback and research
