    Description

    As Prezzee continues our growth, we are building our Mar Tech capability and looking for a Mar Tech Engineerto join usAs a Mar Tech Engineerat Prezzee, you will work with a customer base that is global, diverse and has many use cases for Prezzee.


    We are passionate about turning customers into lifelong fans, and seeking a talented developer who can use data to help us further understand our customers and how best to communicate with them.


    Reporting to an Engineering Manager, the Martech Engineer is a developer specialising in Mar Tech tools like Segment CDP, Hubspot CRM, and Google Analytics.

    You will join an engineering squad, but work closely with the Marketing, Data and Product teams.

    You will also own many of our Saa S integrations.


    Some of the tools, technologies and patterns we're working on Segment CDP, GTM, Hubspot, Braze, Kontent CMSDjango, Python, Fast APITypescript, React JS, Next JSSwift, Kotlin, Java, Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM)Continuous Delivery & Dev Ops, Headless CMS, Docker, AWS, ECS, Aurora DB, Dynamo DB, Step Functions, Event Bridge, Cloudformation What are we looking for?Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills Extensive experience crafting and building software using the latest delivery techniques A real passion for quality, maintainable code and continuous improvement Scale and grow our marketing, targeting, measurement and growth capabilities across the entire stack at Prezzee Building and managing our Mar Tech Engineering goals, which will centre around our CDP, CMS, tag management, script orchestration and digital marketing analytics Knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google, Social Media, Email, Push, and SMSHighly dedicated ethos - expected to take very real accountability for the work you're doing A test and learn mindset with curiosity, collaboration and care An experimentation mindset Benefits We run an incentive scheme based on both company-wide targets and individual performance Employee referral program and staff discounts We have regular virtual and face-to-face events to help us bond and maintain our community vibe We also offer flexible hours, Culture Swap Days & 30 day work from anywhere*Self led online learning to formal Leadership Development programs, as well as industry specific learning opportunities and Lunch & Learn sessions Fortnight FIRE Fridays where teams come collaborate to spark with Formative Ideas, Research and Experiment in tech improvements Be an advocate or ally and create connection and belonging in our employee Resource Groups such as Empow Her and Pride.
