With offices across Australia, USA, Canada, Malta and the Philippines we are on a mission to be the biggest gaming company in the world**As the Martech Manager reporting to the CMO you will be responsible for getting under the hood of our tech stack and ensuring that the marketing team are leveraging all the features. You will also liaise with Central Technology, Product, Data Engineering and the Marketing teams to ensure that marketing requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Keep up with new tech/marketing requirements
  • EG CCPA, Privacy, Cookies.
  • Evaluate the current toolset and make recommendations on suitability/improvements.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to understand marketing technology usage, and implement new initiatives to maximise effectiveness.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to proactively identify new marketing technology tools that could be used, and develop commercially based business cases for implementation.
  • Ideate and implement new marketing technology tools in order to increase marketing efficiency.
  • Manage the priority list in conjunction with senior stakeholders, and position as the gobetween Marketing and Technology, able to communicate requirements, priorities and challenges effectively to the technology and product teams.
  • Manage signals ( new events, accuracy, testing) on client/server side (FB, Adobe, Google, GTM).

What you will bring to the role:

  • 7+ years of Digital Marketing and AdTech/MarTech Experience.
  • Extensive experience in implementing and continually optimising the use of marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience in performancefocused omnichannel marketing technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of running, trafficking, and reporting on marketing/media campaigns.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics / Tag Manager or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), building audiences and activating in media buying platforms.
  • Experience in CRM technologies and implementation.
  • Degree in computer science, marketing or business.
