You'll be responsible for

Champion the Capability Strategy and help expand our implementation of the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of solutions, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Manage our capability to deliver highly personalised and relevant digital customer experiences
Monitor deployed platforms to ensure operational metrics are being met
Coordinate with Allianz Group and key vendor Adobe to ensure ongoing support, training and enhancements
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into requirements for internal and external capability partners
Ensure quality of delivery and output of digital capability, including managing vendor performance, managing all digital deliverables through service delivery and project lifecycles

About you

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or similar
A strong understanding of MarTech and AdTech platforms and how marketing teams use these platforms to gain competitive advantage.
A strong understanding of audience management, data and analytics.
Demonstrated evidence of ability to deliver projects using Agile/Scrum strategies and deliver outcomes within time, budget, and resource constraints
Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes
Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact AAL
