    Description

    Our client, a Global Investment Bank is in search of a Client Service Associate. You will play a key role in overseeing service delivery and resolving client service queries for their portfolio of Institutional clients. They have built an outstanding reputation in the market from decades of high performance and industry-leading investments.

    You will work in a fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to various teams within the business. This role involves a blend of client service and operational responsibilities based Melbourne CBD.
    What you will be doing:

    • Answer client and investor queries and process efficiently based on the request
    • Conduct reporting for Institutional Clients
    • Proactively discuss products and services with clients
    • Support internal KYC reporting requests
    • Support the team with marketing campaigns, including reporting on the performance of mailouts to clients
    • Respond promptly to client and investor queries and process them efficiently according to their requests

    Skills & Experience:

    • 1-2 years previous experience in client reporting or client services role
    • Knowledge of Salesforce (or equivalent client management tools)
    • Strong customer focus, organisation skills and high attention to detail
    • Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative where necessary

    This is a 12-month temporary contract, only candidates with full working rights for the duration of this period will be considered. Office Based role in Melbourne CBD.
