As a Customer Support Associate, you will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries.

But don't worry, our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools & opportunities you need to develop customer-focused skills and upskill in industry-standard software platforms.

Timelines:

Training:3-4 Weeks, Work from office, (9 am

5:30 pm, Mon-Fri)

Nesting:3-4 Weeks, Work from office, (7 am - 7 pm, any 8 hrs., Mon -Fri)

Post this up to 3-6 Months:
Work from office, (7 am - 7 pm, any 8 hrs., Mon-Fri)

Thereafter:

Work from Home / Hybrid Schedule (Rotating Roster)

Timing: 24/7, any 8 hours (Monday to Sunday) 38 hours per week.
