About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a strong and knowledgeable Production Manager to lead a team of 20 production specialists to ensure optimum quality and productivity as well as focus on continuous improvement and oversee the day-to-day operations of the South Brisbane manufacturing plant.

Working closely with the sales team, it is expected further growth will be realised through a planned approach into other product categories capitalising on core capabilities and knowhow of its current product range.
Importantly, we want to appoint the best person for the role and as such, will align the remuneration commensurate to the capabilities presented.
