Our client is a privately owned group with an industrial focus that operates in the manufacturing and B2B distribution of metal-based components and is one of the largest and most trusted suppliers of imported European product solutions, specialising specifically in gate and gate automation products and accessories in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the company's market position.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide expert advice to the Board on the development and implementation of marketing strategies and digital platforms.
  • Future eCommerce: Prepare the strategy and groundwork for incorporating eCommerce functionalities into the business.
  • Market Research: Maintain an indepth understanding of the market and consumer trends to ensure the business remains competitive.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate marketing strategies and performance metrics to stakeholders
This role will work closely with all teams across the business to evaluate marketing requirements and needs. You will provide solid guidance through your findings to enable the business to make strategic decisions on everything marketing


Knowledge and experience required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar strategic role.
  • Proven experience of working onsite within the manufacturing, industrial, or construction sector essential.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Analytics, SM, and EDMs essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions independently.
