Business growth a key responsibilty

An exciting new opportunity exists for a well seasoned General Manager to take full responsibility for all aspects a new facility located in the east of Melbourne.

This role reports to the State Manager, however it is afforded great autonomy and will suit someone who has a passion for business development and growth.

Leading a team producing and selling a highly regarded building product, you will be responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, supply chain, sales and business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Control of costs and stock
Productivity improvements
Distribution improvements
Sales growth
Effective team management
Safety focus
Promotion of the brand and relationship development

This an exciting and challenging role and will suit an experienced GM with a commercial background, a passion for business drivers, solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain and a commitment to business development and growth.
