    Job Description

    What can you expect in a typical day in this role:

    • Foster extensive collaboration within the Civil Infrastructure sector
    • Establish connections with top talents in the bridges industry across the ANZ region and our global community devoted to complex and long-span bridges
    • Enhance the reputation and visibility of our Bridges brand in the local market in alignment with the AECOM strategy
    • Expand the pool of opportunities by nurturing existing relationships and forging new ones with clients
    • Formulate and execute strategies for engaging clients, and offer guidance and mentorship to our client relationship managers
    • Drive the process of capturing new projects and assemble teams to pursue opportunities, taking the lead in the bidding process for bridge-related projects

    • Demonstrated success in securing projects related to bridges
    • Capable of articulating bridge-related considerations confidently to Contractors and Delivery Partners
    • Proficient in crafting tender documents, with the ability to swiftly identify critical issues and devise winning strategies
    • Driven by the desire to secure projects and consolidate our position as a premier consultancy for bridges in the infrastructure domain in NSW + ACT
    • Open and prepared to represent AECOM, taking charge at client functions and industry gatherings
