    Current Opportunity – Analyst to Senior Analyst

    With continued high growth and a healthy pipeline, our Corporate Finance & Deals Advisory team is seeking to expand with the appointment of analysts and senior analysts.

    Your new opportunity

    Our clients are typically large infrastructure investors, private equity funds, ASX-listed companies, and small to large sized local and international private companies. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a broad range of valuations engagements including the valuation of equity, infrastructure investments, independent experts reports, intangible assets, derivatives, and debt for a variety of reasons including unit pricing, accounting, corporations act, tax and other regulatory valuations.

    In your new role you will:

    • Conduct valuations of businesses, securities, and intangible assets using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, capitalised maintainable earnings, and option pricing models.
    • Analyse financial statements, market data, and industry trends to determine valuation inputs.
    • Construct, review and amend financial models.
    • Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients.
    • Assist in client meetings and presentations, providing expert valuation insights and recommendations.

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • Ideally you'll come from a professional services / corporate finance / investment banking background
    • Valuation and/or financial modelling experience advantageous
    • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid analytical and research skills
    • Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills and passion for adding value
