Our client is a highly regarded Australian Independent Investment Bank with an exceptional reputation and an enviable client list.

As a result of continuous growth, they are looking for an experienced Analyst to join their team and assist with the execution of a robust pipeline of M&A deals.

As an Analyst, you will work in a dynamic and ambitious environment that prioritises collaboration and a client-centric approach. They value the contributions of all team members and provide opportunities for growth and development.

The responsibilities of this role include:
***- Assisting in originating mandates by conducting market and industry analysis and evaluating and analyzing the financial needs of corporate clients and any other applicable quantitative and qualitative analysis;

Identifying and developing business opportunities, preparing marketing materials and presentations and assisting in client relationship development;
Responsible for developing valuation models, proforma financial statements, comparable company analysis, etc.
Drafting documentation including engagement letters, bid letters, scheme booklets, bidders and targets statements, information memorandums, and prospectuses;
13 years of M&A/Corporate Finance/Valuations/Modelling/Corporate Advisory/Transaction Diligence or similar;
Bachelor of Business, Commerce, Law, Accounting or similar with a D/HD avg grade;
Good financial modelling skills;
Excellent communication skills written and verbal;
A passion for business and finance;
Strong commercial acumen and work ethic;
Australian PR or Citizenship;
