The company require an experienced Investment Analyst to join their team and contribute to the growth of our property development portfolio through acquisitions.

The team are passionate about their work and are driven to look for stand out sites and projects.


As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential acquisition opportunities.


  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling of potential acquisition opportunities, including forecasting and sensitivity analysis.
  • Conduct market research and due diligence to assess the viability and risks associated with potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior management, investors, and lenders.
  • Participate in negotiations and due diligence efforts with sellers and their representatives.
  • Assist in the underwriting and closing of transactions, including legal and financial due diligence.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of existing assets in the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute valueadd initiatives for the portfolio.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and market conditions to inform investment decisions.

Your Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in investment analysis and due diligence, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets and industry trends.
