Role Overview

We are currently in need of a skilled Human Resources Manager at UMENCO to take charge of and enhance HR practices for our client. This crucial position requires a proactive and flexible professional who can shape a positive work environment, increase employee engagement, and play a significant role in the brand's development.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, working closely with department heads to identify staffing requirements for a smooth and effective hiring process - driving positive change in a dynamic and growth-focused setting.

Implementing HR policies to ensure legal compliance
Resolving workplace conflicts efficiently
Managing employee benefits programs and staying updated on industry trends for competitive recommendations

Remaining updated on employment laws, you will guarantee company compliance through regular audits. The ideal candidate will possess solid HR management experience, a deep knowledge of employment regulations, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a must.
