    Description

    Full-time or Part-time permanent position available as a commercial property and strata manager in a well-established real estate firm located in Perth's CBD. Ideal for experienced commercial property managers and strata managers interested in growing their career.

    • Commercial and Strata Management experience required
    • Salary guide $60,000 - $80,000pa + super
    • Perth CBD

    A normal day will include

    • Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, overseeing leasing, maintenance, and tenant interactions.
    • Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs.
    • Collaborate with leasing agents to attract and retain tenants.
    • Manage strata complexes, handle meetings, finances, and member communication.
    • Ensure compliance with strata bylaws and regulations and resolving conflicts as needed.
    • Develop and manage budgets for properties and strata complexes.
    • Monitor financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
    • Serve as primary contact for tenants and strata members, addressing concerns.
    • Coordinate lease negotiations and renewals.
    • Stay updated on real estate and strata management regulations.
    • Ensure properties comply with health, safety, and legal requirements.

    You will need

    • Proven experience in commercial property management and strata management.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
    • Some evening and weekend availability may be required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
