    This role is for one of the largest and best Strata Management companies in the ACT.
    Day to day responsibilities of the successful Strata Manager will include:
    Successfully managing a strata portfolio
    Prompt follow-up & resolution of inquiries
    Providing superior service and advice to your clients
    Chairing meetings
    The successful Strata Manager will have the following professional and personal attributes:
    Prior experience as a Strata Manager
    Relevant license
    Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
    Superior communication skills
    Enjoy building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients
