    Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for providing top-notch IT support? We're seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our team and take our IT services to the next level. If you have a strong background in PowerShell scripting, and SCCM deployment, and thrive in delivering exceptional onsite face-to-face support, we want to hear from you

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide Level 1/2 IT support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and deliver effective solutions.
    • Utilize your PowerShell scripting expertise to automate routine tasks, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.
    • Leverage SCCM deployment skills to manage software installations, updates, and configurations across our network.
    • Deliver outstanding face-to-face support, building positive relationships with users and ensuring their technology needs are met onsite.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT improvements, contributing to the overall technology roadmap.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an IT Desktop Support Engineer, handling Level 1/2 support requests.
    • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and task simplification.
    • Hands-on expertise with SCCM deployment for software distribution and updates.
    • Exceptional onsite support skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.
    • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and hardware components.
    • Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
