    A well-established name in the jewellery industry celebrated for its exquisite designs and exceptional craftsmanship, is currently seeking a poised and ambitious Assistant Manager for its thriving jewellery brand.

    Key Responsibilities & Skills:

    • Supervise and inspire a team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
    • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to enhance the boutique's reputation and revenue.
    • Foster a welcoming atmosphere, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
    • Meticulously manage inventory, including the procurement and presentation of diverse jewelry pieces.
    • Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members.
    • Provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting continuous improvement.

    About You:

    The ideal candidate has:

    • Previous experience in a managerial or assistant management role within the retail sector.
    • Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail.
    • Solution-oriented mindset, capable of making informed decisions in a retail environment.
    • Passion for and interest of jewelry is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
