    Role Overview:

    • Lead payroll operations for the AOS division in Mazars Melbourne
    • Manage a significant volume of payroll for diverse industries across AUS
    • Ensure timely completion with precision and attention to detail
    • Stay updated on relevant legislation and awards
    • Onboard new clients and provide training to junior staff
    • Generate reports and contribute to internal process improvements
    • Collaborate with clients, software providers, and internal stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    • 5-10 years' AUS payroll experience
    • Proficient in system implementation
    • Deadline-oriented with expertise in relevant legislation
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-driven
