- Warehouse Operations Management, including inventory management, order processing, and dispatching.
- Lead and develop the warehouse team
- Quality Control. Ensure that all items are stored and handled properly, maintaining high-quality standards. Oversee the packing and shipping processes to minimise errors and damages.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with legal and company regulations regarding warehouse operations.
- Collaborate and direct customer service teams to address customer inquiries and complaints related to shipping and fulfillment.
- Oversee warehouse budget, including labor costs, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage supplier relationships.
- Plan and manage emergency response procedures for the warehouse, including handling of disruptions in supply chain or operations
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Management role or similar (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in the use of WMS and Google Suite.
- High technical knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Professional work ethic with the ability to work as part of the team

Our client is seeking a dedicated, hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of their warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and team supervision. You will help enhance the efficiency, safety, and warehouse practices whilst providing leadership.
