Supply Chain Solutions Specialist


Location:
Sydney


Duration: 6-Month Contract

Compensation:
$550 per day (inclusive of super)


We are currently in partnership with a prestigious organization, actively seeking a skilled Supply Chain Solutions Specialist to join their dynamic team in Sydney.

This pivotal role is dedicated to supporting accelerated growth and overseeing the efficient fulfillment of materials.


Responsibilities:

Centralized Coordination: Skillfully manage centralized coordination for material order fulfillment and assurance activities, ensuring the punctual delivery and availability of materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, field operations, and program delivery, to align supply chain activities and monitor logistics for optimal operations.

Material Replenishment: Maintain equilibrium between material replenishments, material requests, and inventory at delivery partners, focusing on reducing costs and elevating service levels.

Cost-Effective Solutions: Identify and implement cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes, overseeing internal orders placed by various teams within the organization.

Process Improvement: Proactively identify, initiate, and manage small projects to drive initiatives in process improvement within the supply chain.


Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Possess extensive experience and knowledge in Supply Chain, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Operations and/or inventory management.

Analytical Prowess: Demonstrate high-level analytical skills with a solid understanding of business process analysis and development.

Communication Expertise: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities and the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.

Education: Hold a relevant bachelor's degree.


Technical Skills:

Oracle E-Business Suite: Showcase proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite.

CRM Modules: Display an understanding of CRM modules, such as Salesforce.

MS Office: Utilize hands-on experience in using the MS Office Suite.
