About the company:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the digitization and innovation initiatives of fulfillment centers, focusing on improving processes, technologies, and customer experiences.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency gains within the supply chain.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
Works closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and drive the development process from concept to delivery.
Conducts market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role you'll have the following skills:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products in the fulfillment or logistics domain.
Strong understanding of fulfillment management principles, processes, and best practices.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of warehouse management systems, automation solutions, and IoT technologies.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
