Your Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the portfolio on behalf of an established client base
Build solid relationships with landlords and tenants.
Market rent reviews and rent increases
Organise and provide advice on property repairs and maintenance
Proactively deal with queries and act as a trusted advisor
Reporting to head of Property Management/ Directors

You will need:

Property Management experience
Residential Property Managers will be considered and trained
Agent Representative Certificate
Valid driver's license and reliable car
Strong communication skills and a 'can do' attitude

IT savvy

Solid computer skills, Word, Excel
