The Company

Our client is a medium-sized custom home builder, known in the industry for delivering a quality product with a personal touch.

They largely fly under the radar due to their stable business, extensive client referrals and extremely low staff turnover (they haven't had the need to hire in over 12 months), and enjoy a solid pipeline of future work.

They take pride in their collaborative and fun team culture, and are seeking a like-minded site supervisor to join them in kicking goals.


The Role

You will be repsonsible for supervising the delivery of up to 15 custom or townhouse projects across the Western suburbs of Melbourne.

About You
years of site supervising experience with home builds

  • OR strong leading hand experience with home builds and looking to take the next step in their career
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing clients with a great building experience
  • Custom home experience is preferred
  • Must have a solid trade base and contacts
  • Must have local experience and permanent working rights
